Sounds too good to be true, but it's not! No longer will you have to wait in a LONG line to meet Mickey! I know we have been many times and the line for Mickey is always so long. We never stand in it, we just see Mickey at a character meal. But to be able to have a Fastpass and meet him would be so fun for the kids...and yes me too!! :-)
Later this spring, face-to-face meetings with Mickey Mouse will move into a permanent new location at Town Square Theater, located inside the current Exposition Hall area at the entrance of Magic Kingdom® Park.
You will be able to obtain a Disney's FASTPASS® ticket specifying a one-hour window when you can return to see the popular character for hugs, photos and autographs -- without waiting in the standby queue. This marks the first time the complimentary, computerized service has been utilized for a character meet-and-greet at any Disney Park.
Inspired by animated shorts such as The Nifty Nineties and Mickey's Grand Opera, this building befits Mickey's stardom -- with a grand-Victorian-theater elevation, including a marquee that glistens with gold-leaf trim and sparkles with lights. Inside, there's a mosaic floor, lush curtains with gold rope tie-backs and polished-brass chandeliers.
Imagineers are creating new elements and surprises for you, including an interactive queue -- with an extra touch of Disney magic -- and highly themed retail shops.
Ohhhh.....I cannot wait until September!!!

How Crowded is Disney Today?
Today is Friday August 20th.
If you are down in WDW, you will notice that it is rather crowded. Schools are almost back in for the most part, but it is still the summer season for a couple weeks!
Today the crowd calendar over on touringplans.com is predicting that it will be a 9 out of 10! Wowzers!! What park should you avoid? Steer clear of Hollywood Studios! So where should you go then? Well touring plans says that the best park today is - Magic Kingdom.
It will be HOT HOT HOT!!!! According to accuweather.com, it will be a high of 92, but the heat index will make it feel like it is 108!! So stay hydrated and take breaks in the A/C and shade!! An afternoon thunderstorm is possible today as well - so grab those ponchos!

Tip for Tuesday
Hello everyone!
So I am trying to get back into the groove. Life is crazy!! Anyway, my tip for today...utilize the Baby Care Centers!
Each of the 4 theme parks have a Baby Care Center. Here you can feed or change your little one - they even have a room that is quiet and dark with gliders/rockers to nurse your little one!
My favorite two are Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. They have televisions with old classic Disney cartoons on, toys, nice changing tables, a bathroom or two, high chairs, a small shop with items you may need in a pinch (PRICEY!) and I think microwaves. There is a cast member there as well. Strollers are NOT allowed in!
We went one year and it was HOT, so hot!! These little stops were wonderful!! To be able to go take a break from the heat in some nice A/C in a spot that wasn't over stimulating for my little one was perfect. I let them crawl around and play, gave them a diaper change and fed them. It was a nice break. Oh and FREE too! Usually they are located right by the first aide center in the park.

Wednesday's Question
Hello to all my Disney Friends!
So last week I asked where you all liked to relax....so many think Disney is not a relaxing vacation. I think it is all what you make of it.
This week my question to you all is this - What is your first stop (after checking in of course) when you get to the World?
For me I cannot wait to get myself into the magic of the Magic Kingdom! When I step off the boat, or monorail, or bus, however it is I got there and see the train station and gardens my heart skips a beat! Then when I walk into the park and head towards main street and look up and see the iconic Cinderella's Castle I feel like I am 5 again!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE seeing the castle and all that it symbolizes!
How about you - what is your first stop? Comment and let me know!
