Crowds will start off slow and then tend to pick up towards the end of March as the Spring Break season really gets going. Touring Plans has most of the month a moderate level. This year Easter isn't until the end of April, but spring breaks are at all different times of depending on your location. Since some schools let out in mid May, they aren't going to a have a break the last week of April. :-)
Plan on temps that range, but they should be leveling out to absolutely beautiful!! March also brings with it the start of the Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot! So beautiful you must check it out! (It runs through May.)
